To: Regional Authorized Dealers
We sincerely thank all of you for your long-term trust and support of the Guanlan Fireworks brand! To safeguard our common interests, protect the legitimate rights and interests of distributors, stabilize regional market prices, eliminate malicious competition caused by unauthorized product diversion, and promote the sustainable development of the brand, our company has formulated the “Guanglan Fireworks Regional Distribution and Product Control Measures” (hereinafter referred to as the “Measures”). We would like to inform you of the key contents and implementation details as follows:
I. Region-specific authorization: The authorized sales territory shall be the district or county where the company signing the distribution contract is located (or any other region specified in the contract), thereby guaranteeing the distributor exclusive operating rights.
II. Product Traceability Code: Each outer carton of出厂 products is marked with a unique traceability code, enabling precise tracking of the origin and flow of every carton.
III. Definition of Counterfeit Goods Activity: If a distributor sells products in bulk to the authorized regions of other contracted distributors for secondary sales, this will be considered unauthorized diversion of goods.
IV. Penalty Mechanism: For the first instance of product diversion, a written warning will be issued; for the second instance of product diversion, the distributor’s qualification will be directly revoked, and cooperation will be terminated.
V. Effective Date: These Measures shall take effect officially as of [October 10, 2025] and shall have the same legal force as the Distribution Contract.
